Return & Arize Global Collective is a women-led, justice-impacted nonprofit walking alongside individuals and families affected by incarceration, addiction, and housing instability. Our programs are faith-rooted, trauma-informed, and driven by lived experience.

About Us
Return & Arize Global Collective exists to uplift, restore, and walk alongside individuals and families impacted by incarceration, addiction, and generational cycles of trauma. We believe that every person deserves a chance to rise — not just return — and that healing is possible when dignity, community, and purpose are restored.

Founded by a directly impacted leader, our nonprofit stands at the intersection of justice, faith, and holistic support. Through community-rooted programming, we offer peer-led coaching, housing aid, hygiene and self-care support, creative expression outlets, and youth scholarship opportunities. We serve both men and women inside and outside of jails, centering voices that are too often ignored.
Our motto — “Because the story doesn’t begin with arrest — and it doesn’t end at release” — reminds us that reentry is not just a moment, but a journey.
