Mission Statement
Return & Arize Global Collective is a faith-rooted nonprofit dedicated to supporting justice-impacted individuals through reentry coaching, housing aid, peer mentorship, artistic expression, and holistic community care. We exist to ensure that those returning home after incarceration are met not with barriers, but with dignity, opportunity, and support — because the story doesn’t begin with arrest, and it doesn’t end at release.
Vision Statement
We envision a world where justice-impacted individuals are not defined by their past, but encouraged by their potential — where every person has access to restoration, healing, and opportunity. Through faith-led service and trusted community partnerships, we strive to walk alongside individuals as they rebuild their lives with dignity, purpose, and hope.

Credibility / History Statement
Since our founding in 2022, Return & Arize Global Collective has been committed to walking with justice-impacted individuals and families on the road to restoration. While we may be new to some, we are not new to this work.

We are proud to maintain formal partnerships with over 50 community organizations, including jails, reentry programs, housing providers, churches, and neighborhood coalitions. These partnerships — built through MOUs, mutual trust, and ongoing collaboration — are a testament to our sustained presence and expanding reach.
